HOW TO USE ONLINE CATALOG

You can browse the catalog by pressing a category. Your shopping cart will remain intact for three days from the time you first visit.


If you have a promotional code, enter it on the payment screen in order to have your discount applied. Some codes require a minimum purchase before they can be used. Be sure your promotional code is not expired. If you have a Sirens Cash Certificate or paper Credit Voucher you must mail it in with your order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Sometimes items do sellout or are oversold. All items on the web site are in-stock for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. If an item no longer appears when you swear you just saw it on our catalog last week, then it is probably soldout. If you are mailing in a check or money order, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items in your order, as an item might have soldout while your check was in the mail. It's always best to order online with a credit card or pay by check online. That also means if you choose the option to email the order to yourself so you can mail it or fax it to us, we cannot guarantee availability until payment is received.

DIFFERENT WAYS TO ORDER

The online payment process here is very secure. You can tell if a page is secure on our site, or on any other site, by the first part of the URL. If it begins with "https" instead of "http" then it is secure. You can order any of the following ways:

1. Online with Mastercard or Visa
2. Print the order form and mail it to us with a check/money order.
3. Print the order form and fax it to us with your credit card details.
4. Email us your order to us with credit card info (not recommended)
5. Use your PayPal Account

CODs, phone orders, and bill me options are NOT available at this time. Please do not send cash, stamps, or postage coupons.

The charge will show up on your credit card statement as "Infinity, Austin TX". A .00 charge is assessed for returned checks, even if you no longer want the order.

HOW TO ORDER IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE USA

With the exception of certain countries, we do accept orders from all over the world. However, our credit card authorization system uses a fraud prevention control system called AVS. When you enter your order, the computer tries to verify your address as being the same one that is on your billing statement. But because there are many different address formats outside the USA, the system will often reject your request if it does not find a match.

We recommend that if you encounter this problem with processing your order, you choose the email or fax order option. We will then process your order by hand in our customer service department. One of our customer service representatives will contact your bank to verify that the card is yours and get an approval. Your order will then be on its way.

Because of the extreme variances in customs in different countries, please note we cannot accept responsibility for delivery of international orders, even if the insurance option is selected. This includes orders shipped to mail forwarders in the United States who aggregate your mail and then forward it to you outside of the USA. Although there is rarely a problem, there are a few customs agents in some countries who prefer to keep, rather than pass on, your order to you. International delivery can take as long as six weeks.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED

We deliver quickly via U.S. Mail or UPS in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. The return address says your order is from "Infinity Studios Inc." We do ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, multi-unit dwellings, mail agents, and to most countries in the world.

Shipping rates are based on your order subtotal. They vary from $6.95 to $9.95 for the USA, $10.95 to $14.95 for Canada, and $19.95 and up for the rest of the world.

If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will send you an order confirmation for your records immediately after you checkout.

We do not accept orders from correctional facilities or certain countries in the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Indonesia. All in-stock items are shipped within two business days of us receiving your order, except during the busy Fall calendar season in which shipment may take a bit longer (up to ten days). If an item is backordered or scheduled to be released in the future, we will ship it when it arrives at no additional charge. The rest of your order will not be held. We must receive verification of funds prior to shipping if you pay with a check.

Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic orders to arrive (via either US Mail or UPS), and 2 to 4 weeks for international orders to arrive, although orders usually arrive sooner than this in Australia, Canada, and Europe.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect or a misshipped item, we will replace it for you at our expense. Just email us letting us know the problem. Clearance and auction items are sold as is and all sales are final for clearance items. Please contact customer service by email, letter, or fax to receive a return authorization number prior to returning an item. No refunds are given for calendars, DVDs or CDs that have been opened - exact exchange only is available if they are defective.
